Credit scores are considered as part of a holistic evaluation. A lower score does not automatically disqualify an applicant; we consider the full financial picture including income, employment stability, and rental history.

All screening data is used solely for the purpose of evaluating this rental application and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
